The hotel feels very safe because entering it goes through two heavy doors. A cozy elevator can take you up just fine. Inside, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are always super clean. We appreciated the design and the showers were a welcome end to our days.

The room was amazing. Everything was perfectly clean. We didn't miss anything in the room, the air conditioning in this heat was the best and so was the service. Lucia was also very warm. It was a unique stay. We will definitely come back. This stay was a perfect experience. Within the location, everything was close. Thank you for allowing us to spend a week with you 🩷🩷thank you so much. Arrivederci, ci vediamo la prossima volta🩷

Good location. About 10 minute walk to the port for ferries. Nearest metro is Universita. Under 10 minutes walk to Municipio, 20 minute walk to Napoli Centrale. Property appears to be within a residential bit of the city. Interior is designed with modern finishings. Clean, good water pressure and temperature. Complimentary prosecco, water, coffee and a small fridge. Ironing board available. Check-in instructions are clear.

Very modern and clean hotel. It’s situated on the 2nd level of a beautiful, authentically Italian building. The staff are great! Super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help us feel at home in Napoli and MAMALU! Thanks all 😊

We stayed at Mamalu Studios and Suites for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was both beautiful and modern, featuring excellent sound insulation, which was a blessing in the lively atmosphere of Naples. A special shoutout to Lucia, who went above and beyond with her precious recommendations. Thanks to her, we enjoyed some of the best pizza and local delicacies! She also provided us with great tips for our day trip to Capri. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Naples.

Nice location, was hard to figure out at first because it’s hidden behind a door on the Main Street, but once we figured it out we loved the security of it. Property was maintained well and had a more modern feel. The host, Lucia, was incredible! She gave us great recommendations and helped us with our questions. If we come back to Naples this is where we will stay.

Really lovely rooms! The staff were incredible and so lovely! It was my partners birthday and they decorated the room for us and gave us a bottle of wine as a birthday treat. They also gave us a map with recommendations of where to eat and sightseeing spots - found the best pizza place because of this. Location was amazing - walking distance to everywhere which made it really easy. There’s a great gelato store next door open till 1am as well.

Great location near subways and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The quality and standard of this place is probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed. Such welcoming staff who went over and above when I made an error on the booking. Outstanding communication and the restaurant reservation was so stunning. We will be back

Luccia was an excellent host. She communicated very well with me before arrival and gave us great tips for our stay in Naples. The location is about a 10-15 min walk to most sites in the Centro Storica. The rooms are new, modern and very comfortable.

Anyone who has travelled to Naples knows that some areas are safer than others. Mamalu is on a busy commercial street, walkable from the port (where we arrived from), making us feel very safe. The tourist sites are all close-by and the metro is right there if you need to go somewhere else. Lucia at reception was excellent, warm and friendly. She greeted us on arrival and helped with our luggage.
